ROLE DESCRIPTION: 

As an Account Manager for Chris Collins - State Farm Agent, you are the key liaison between clients and the agency. Your primary focus is building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding clients’ needs and delivering personalized insurance solutions. You proactively guide customers through policy reviews, product recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure their protection and satisfaction.

In this role, you collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service and sales efforts, helping to drive agency growth while providing an exceptional client experience. Your ability to combine sales acumen with genuine care makes you essential to both client retention and business success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage tailored to client needs.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with care and professionalism.
  • Use your product knowledge to explain and sell policies to both new and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable engaging in meaningful sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
